I had an amazing stay at Aspen Chalets by Kempinski. The hospitality was great, with Mr. Hazem and his team making my birthday extra special. However, my room view was disappointing and some basic amenities were missing, like a spoon and cans opener.
I enjoyed my stay at the Aspen Chalets, but there were some bumps along the way. The staff truly stood out with their really good service, but the room issues and lack of late checkout options were frustrating. Overall, it was a mixed bag of experiences during my visit.
